We provide customers with fit-for-purpose facilities management services based on asset management principles, which optimise cost efficiencies, reliability, and whole-of-asset life management outcomes. As a collaborative maintenance partner, we will work closely with our customers to bring their asset management strategies to life. 

As experienced Asset Managers with comprehensive knowledge and proven application of ISO 55001 Facilities Management and as FMANZ members, we are committed to being at the forefront of facilities management best practices.

We use the value levers of technology, our geographic spread and best practice asset management principles to streamline and optimise the management of nationwide and diverse property profiles. 

The strength of our geographic coverage enables us to deliver national facilities management services efficiently. We have 73 main depots across New Zealand, including remote locations like the Chatham Islands.
